SEQUENTIAL ART

These first 4 pages represent my first 'proper' attempt at sequential art. This is actually a test strip I was asked to do for 2000AD, and at the time it was the most difficult thing I had attempted. Although flawed, it went down very well, and it paved the way for my first published strip art in Event Horizon....

Here is a taster of the work I submitted for publication in Mam Tor's Event Horizon anthology. I asked my friend Karl Spracklen to write me a story with plenty of monsters in it, and he sure came up with the goods! I really enjoyed doing these pages, although they were a real trial by fire!! Liam Sharp has to get credit, and massive thanks for introducing me to the joys of finishing these pages digitally. Thanks to his mad skillz, my way of working has changed forever!! (For the better I hope!!)
